Hi there! Today I describe more of my out of body experiences. Here we go!

28th Dec 1995, about 8pm

I turned on some meditation music I’ve composed and lied on my bed without turning off the light. I planned to experiment with limbs lengthen exercise. My body was lying in “dancer position” (left leg bent, left hand near my face, right hand along my body, I was lying on my stomach). After few tries a decided to imagine I am flying, stretching and moving my limbs. My thoughts was driffing freely without distorting my attention (my senses were sleeping). After some time different cosciousness state appeared for a moment. I got impression that my right hand quickly moves in front of my eyes, which were now directed vertically down and were seeing the bright outline of my hand. Everything dissapeared after I realized what’s happening.

I noticed a difference: hand that was moving was somehow slighter and subtler than that physical one. I want to mention here that while the above experiment there was no perception from senses, I completely forgot that I have physical body. [..]

18 May 1996, 4:40am

I’ve just watched a film. It is about 2:30am and I am going sleep. I feel uptight so I ask the Creator for help. I still cannot fall asleep and some time later vibrations come to me. I would decide to increase it’s frequency if I wasn’t nerved and scared. Vibrations dissapear and come back again. I decide just to leave them as they are… they sound like ringing. Then something amazing happens: I realized that few of beings tries to get me out of my body. Then I did something really stupid – I started to unphysically scream “I don’t want!”, even no fear I was feeling. When I did, those beings stoped their activity, vibrations disappeared and I opened my eyes. [..]
