Out of body Experience Exercise: What You Could Feel?
Today I describe to you what you could experience in the last exercise. Read on! What you did last time was just trying to wake up your subtle body. Sometimes it feels nicely, sometimes very disturbing.
When you activate your chakras you may experince something called vibrations. You hear something simmilar to electicity, rolling, shaking, noise, etc.You may feel your body is moving like flag on the wind. Or you may feel it is flowing up or down.
They are not happening to your physical body – it’s in deep sleep completely relaxed and you can check it if you do not believe me. These feelings come from your subtle body and they mean your consciousness has moved into it and now you can use it.
Now, I describe you my first OBE experience from my journal so you can compare it with your own.
2 Jul 1995, 4 am, period: unknown
Slowly, waking up, being half-asleep I desired to fly out of my body. I saw myself standing with hands up. I imagined intensively that I am flowing up and I am lightweight. Almost immediatelyI felt that I am flying up for about 20-30 centimetres above my physical body. That flowing was very soft and quick. Silence was there, I hear no vibrations at this moment. Then I felt something wrong is happening and I wont be able to come back. Before I controlled my emotions I felt I am back in my physical body and that it is hot and sleepy. I was still afraid and desire of being free at the same time. I waited for a moment, stand up and noticed everything.
When I was flying up I did not feel my physical body but knew it was very near to me. And one more thing: When I was half-asleep I saw myself standing with hands up but when I was flying I was in horizonntal position. There was just moment when images disappeared and I experienced different reality.
I hope my note would be helpful when you are trying to wake up in your own subtle body and feel it for yourself.
