Kundalini is a name of or personal energy that is flowing through our body. Thanks to Kundalini meditation you will experience the increase of your kundalini energy so you become feeling more energized.

Sit comfortably, close your eyes, put your hands on your knees. Take a few deep, slow and relaxing breaths.

Beginners of Kundalini Meditation need to practice for some time with specific techniques of breathing. I will describe technique called “breath of fire”.

Breath of Fire technique: breath-in through your nose then breath it out pumping rythmically. It is important not to tense your chest or abdominal muscles. This exercise should be done as you were trying to start a fire.

It is the second breathing exercise teached in Kundalini Meditation.

Your mind should be already free of monkey thoughts, your body should be relaxed (no tenses). If not, read my another article about relaxing muscles of your body. You may also try to meditate with music. Some good free meditation music you will find here.

Another interesting technique is about visualization. First you visualize yourself standing inside of balloon. This balloon is full of white light. Stay for a while in this balloon… now, visualize a root growing down from your backbone to the earth… you see how it comes longer and longer… it grows deeply into Earth… right down through all those layers… finally it comes to Earth’s core. The core becomes filled with light and energy…. Now, this light and this energy goes back to you along the root… now this light energy moves slowly through whole your body. Do you feel something, pain? Heat? You should concentrate on any hurtful area of your body. Healing energy will follow your attention and melt any blockades away.

Enjoy this meditation and see you next time!
