Free Meditation Articles: Out of body Experience Part Two

OK, today next very important exercise you have learnt before and you can use it fo OBE. Let’s see what happens! Do you remember chakra meditations? You learnt that time how to activate and feel your chakras. I suppose it took some time but if you pracxticed hardly then now you are able to feel and activate your chakras in one minute.

Maybe you think: “Well, funny exercises indeed but I am only imagining all these chakra things or subtle bodies. They are not real”. Today I show you the real thing: if all goes the right way you will be able to feel your subtle body or even move it!

Lie on your back, close your eyes and relax with breathing, as usually. Next, count your breaths 1-50 so you go into deep relaxation state and not fall asleep. You learnt how to control your thoughts, so you can control when to fall asleep, right?

Now, when you are deeply relaxed and you feel your body is sleeping concentrate on your brow chakra. Activate it, meditate on it for 2-3 minutes. Next, do the same with your throat, heart and chest chakra. Don’t use those below.

Put some light or air through them as you learnt before so you feel them very well. Feel them all at the same time.

Next, put your virtual hands up just remember the feeling as you did before, so they are in front of you.Touch your body with them, your face, chakras, etc. How it feels?

If nothing specific happens ask God for flying. Just say with will: “Please God, I want to fly, I want to have an OBE”. Intention is very important here. You must feel that you really desire it.

Do you feel something? Do you see or hear something?

Maybe your feeling make you scared. That’s OK, that’s normal that you are afraid of something you do not know. I had the same problem. Just welcome your fear and be careful, so it wont become larger. And you can stop the exercise any time you want – just open your eyes or move your foot and you will be back.

In next article I describe what you could disciver in this exercise. Your homework is to practice!
