Free Meditation Articles: Meditation Benefits Part Two

Today I continue about meditation benefits. Read on!

  1. Stronger empathy
You will frequently feel great connection with all beings. You will better understand animals by just watching what they are doing. Also you will better understand what they need or desire to receive.
  2. Inner smile
Maybe from the outside you will look serious and focused but inside you will feel just happines of everything. You will move your life to things you love and you will leave things that you don’t.
  3. No conflicts
You feel conflicts as something you should always avoid. You do not need to emotionally attack anybody, just going to solve the problem.
  4. Higher morale
You become more kind, more helpful to others, always trying to help solving else’s problems as your own, you will be able to listen to the others about their life’s problems… and you will cheer them up.
  5. I desire, I receive
You become to understand that you receive from the universe that what you are thinking about or what you are feeling. So you do not need to do as many actions as before. Recieving is a process that starts from you, goes to the universe and finally ends in front of you. You just need to be always ready to take what you desired.
  6. Love Experience
It is hard to describe that feeling. Just great understanding comes to you, that everything is full of beautiful and powerful emotion called Unconditional Love. And there are moments when even if you will be completely alone on a desert you feel that somebody is standing near you and saying: “Hey, you are going just great, we are proud of you and we love you very much”…

And I know that they are not all benefits of meditation – I suppose they are countless. And I know there’s no word allowing me to describe them completely. And I hope it will help you finding your own way to that kind of life experience.
