Free Meditation Articles: How to Remove Stress Feeling Part One

OK, today I write about stress, how to fight it without medicine. Let’s go!

For the first step we define what stress is? Stress is kind of pressure that appears when your achievement doesn’t match your target. And usually it is connected with some time frame and responsibility. For example: your chief wants you to create report untill 4pm or you loose your bonus. You do not want to loose your bonus because you need to pay your bills. So you become stressed because report needs a lot of work and you are not sure if you make it on time.

What to do when something stressful happens in your life?

Everything has it’s reason, place and lesson. That’s why you should welcome every stressing thing happens in your life. Just say to this thing or incident: “Hi, come in!” and make a dialog with it. Try to understand what lesson it brings to you. Remember that we all are here to solve problems. And that’s what we all are paid for, right? So, the better you are in it the better to you.

Do one thing at a time. Make priorities. What task is more important than the others? Which task is more important to your chief? Which home task is more important to your family?

Your family is ALWAYS more important than your job, friends or school. You should be able to rest with your family. It is upon to you what dialog you create with your family – it may give you peace or dissapointment. If you have bad feeling about your fsmily than welcome it as your next task and work on it until you are able to rest with your fasmily.

Stop your watching TV addiction. You cannot help every dying child on Earth. But you can improve your own life by removing bad feelings that you usually get watching them. And when you improve yourself enough to earn much more money, so you will be able to help one of those children. You would not believe how much more relaxed I am just because I am not watching TV news or spam advertisements. Imagine how world change if everybody will remove such addictions.

More in my next article but you already know what to do, right?!
