Role of chakras in our life is very disregarded. They influence on our feeling, health, activity, interests, emotions, abilities… their role is crucial to our daily life. So we should learn how to activate and balance them.
I strongly recommend you not to work with chakras alone. Search for Yoga teacher in your area, maybe there are some teachers of Tibetian Buddhism? They might be able to guide you for free.
I will show you how you can meditate with your second chakra called Swadhisthana or sacral chakra. People usually say: oh, that’s that sexual chakra, doesn’t it? Of course it is but this is only one of it’s functions. When working properly it allows you to feel simple happiness of fun, dance, laugh. When it is harmonized you simply feel well no matter where you are.
Here we go with my free chakra meditation technique. Sit comfortably with your back straight. Take some deep, relaxing breaths. Silent yout monkey thoughts and move your attention to your underbelly. Locate the point 3-5 cm under your navell.
As you breath-in feel the air flowing through your body, stomach near to that point and as you breath-out imagine the air flowing-out through that point. Repeat this circulation slowly and concentrate on feelings coming from that point’s area.
Another meditation technique simmilar to that one is doing breath-ins as well as breath-outs – through that point near your navell. Softer technique is about visualizing ray of light coming from the sky down to that under-navell’s area.
Practice this techniques for few days. Remember to do your homework and note your feelings after each meditation. Thanks for reading!
