File:Nervous plexi.jpgWhat is chakra? It is an idea of rounded energy whirl localized on human’s etheric body. More about chakras you can read in Wikipedia article.

There are 7 main chakras and hundreeds of minor chakras. Usually people meditate with these 7 main chakras because they are biggest and easiest to locate.

First I describe to you how to locate chakra of your etheric body. What? You do not know what that etheric body is? It is one of the subtle bodies and it is most important to our physical existence because etheric body stays in strict relation with our physical body. Each chakra is connected and powers our most important body glands. Yes, that means that activity and health of those glands might dependend on chakras related to them.

So, it is quite important question if these chakra things really exist. Let’s try to find out our own answer by experience.

First, we work with your hand’s chakras (this is most secure to work with them first).

Sit and relax your body with few, deep and slow breaths. Next, silent your thoughts as much as it is possible to you because thinking around means to jam your intuition signals. And intuition is a sense of your subtle body.

OK, if you are silensed and relaxed, move your hands up and stop them in front of your chest. Now, turn around them so they are faced with palms of each other. Let the distance between them to be just about your shoulders width.

At this moment you must be silenced completely. Deeper your thoughts control if possible and concentrate on feelings coming from your hands. Start to move them very slowly to each other, so the distance between them becomes shorter of about 3 centimetres in a minute. Remember what are you feeling. If you feel nothing special rub a center of your hand’s palm with your thumb until you feel heat there. Then try again moving them very slowly to each other. You may start from shorter distance but not shorter than 20 cm. If you reach that distance move your hands back to start position and try again. As long as you repeat this movement the feeling of pressure should become sharp.  But what makes that pression? More about it in my next article!
